Guys this is the best place! Not only are Anthony and Brittany two of the nicest most patient people (I tried on A LOT of shoes!!) they know their stuff!! They were so helpful! They listened and helped me find new running shoes! AND on top of that with my purchase they asked me to draw an envelope from the box... they gave me a gift card to a local small business as a thank you for my purchase!! Absolutely outstanding! 5 ⭐️! I started walking a couple months ago and had blisters all over my feet. Runners Image was recommended by a lot of my friends. So very glad I made the trip up to Rockford. I was treated so very well and had a nice conversation.They are very knowledgeable and had anything that you need! I will definitely make a return trip when I need new shoes for my walking!

I brought my son in to try on some shoes last Friday. He has Autism and major sensory issues when it comes to how his shoes feel. Not only did the first shoe they put on my son fit, but he LOVED how it felt. That was the first time we've ever bought the first shoe he tried on. Shawn was wonderful with my boy and didn't mind his 7,000 questions about Greek Mythology.
