I bought a pair of shoes used them for a week and they gave me the worst shin splints. I called them at runners image and they did an even exchange on them even after they were used. I will never go anywhere else ever for running shoes.
My husband and I went in there looking for a little bit of help trying to decide what type of shoe we needed. We left with the type of shoe that is needed and the knowledge of why. Top notch customer service. Will recommend to everyone I know!
