I've known Dr. Runnels since I was a teenager, so I trusted her right off the bat! She takes the time to really explain what's going on and used my X-rays as a teachable tool to help me understand my pain. She then took the time to explain everything she was going to do while she adjusted me. Her staff is super nice and even knew my name as soon as I walked in the door! That's top notch customer service! I highly recommend Dr. Runnels for your chiropractic needs.
