Cindy is my godsend!! Had to have a new title, vin, and retire title on mobile home all at once. She knew exactly what she was doing. Very pleasant and professional all the time. Anything I need done, will be done at Runkles in York. Thank you so much Cindy! It was a long process and you were absolutely wonderful!!

Ricki was great and patient! Switching my car from md to pa wasn't easy but she worked with us and helped us through the whole thing! Highly recommend them!!
Cindy is an amazing representative I been with her for 20 years she answered all of my questions helped me through forms that i needed filled out to make sure it was correct and following up with any questions that may have needed answered.she is an great person and runkles needs a bunch more people like cindy.

Two Weeks ago I had to go to Runkle's to have a Car and Truck Title Transferred from my Husbands Name into mine. My Husband passed away on Aug 8th 2016 and I was still in a Daze. Having so much to attend too. Cindy was both compassionate and knowledgeable. It took approx. 45mins but there was alot of paper work and I didn't mind because Cindy knew what she was doing and at the same time could chit chat with me about how I was doing under the circumstances. Heather and Nathaly deserve some praise. Next time I return, I will only go to either of these two. After they noticed me having trouble while on the phone with my financial institution, the both got on their phones and started making calls as well. After about an hour and a half, they were finally able to sort out the problem. This prevented me from having to wait several more days to register my car. Thanks Heather and Nathaly!
