Every time I've gone into this location, I've never had any issues and the staff was always pleasant and knowledgeable.

Back in July, I was up at the Runkel’s Red Lion office doing a title transfer. As time went by, DMV was having an “issue” with the title. I went back to Runkel’s and Kim went on line, made phone calls and my problem was resolved. She did a great job resolving the issues and treating me the way a customer should be treated!! She did a great job…Thank you Kim!!!!!
I stopped in at the york office to get a title notarized so I could take it to penndot in Harrisburg to transfer and put tags on it instead of paying Runkles outrageous fees. When I got to Harrisburg they informed me that I had to get the title notarized. I let them know I did a few days before but they said they didn't stamp or actually notarize the title. Drove the whole way back to york and they told me they don't know if I actually drove to Harrisburg or not so it wasn't really their concern to make things right. I left ... read more
