RecommendedQuick service thank you for getting our daughter on the road
I have always used Runkle’s for anything I can. The service was always good. Recently, my fiancé called to get details because we knew it may be more complicated. I arrive to be treated poorly and talked down to. It was shared there’s a lot of new staff and they can’t be expected to know everything. I agree but delivery is key. I won’t be back unless it’s my only option.

I registered 3 vehicles at Runkle’s in Hanover. We have moved here from New York, and were not familiar with PA policies. On the first vehicle Pam was patient and helpful in getting the tags for our car. Next day Christina was great and efficient in processing my tags. On the next trip I needed to tag my motor home.
