Staff was always helpful and easy to work with. But the kitchens in the units have no trash bags, no dish soap, no towels of any kind. The rooms keys are ridiculousy sensitive. We had to have our keys redone several times. Despite being careful to keep then away from anything electronic. And the front desk mistakenly gave out keys for our unti to another guest. Fortunately one of us was in when the couple entered our unit. Otherwise the location is great and the prices are quite resonable.

There were so many issues with our visit! We started with a lost groupon reservation, moved on to a fossilized lizard in the bedside light, "tiki bar" never opened all week, repeated requests for a beeping smoke detector to be fixed, dryer burned many of our clothes (to the point of burning holes in them), no grills anywhere on site, no trash bags, limited kitchen ware (had to eat out, would have been next to impossible to cook with what was available), the more kid-friendly pool was so cold it was unusable, not a single clo... read more
