Had a great workout today. Love this whole new concept. I did the strength training class. One hour - almost 500 calories. Combing strength training and running. Absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back.
I am so excited for the grand opening. Working with Danny and Amanda has been a wonderful experience. They have helped me work through and work with injuries to achieve my goals. They are both very knowledgeable and caring.
