I absolutely enjoyed my 2.6+run today thanks to my lovely daughter, Ann who was really determined to make me go back to the treadmill despite my fear of a bad experience. Also, a big shout out to the personalized recommendations from the owners, Danny and Amanda who made me feel at home and very comfortable and managed to stay pretty much in the red zone. Great classes, Danny is a very knowledgeable and encouraging instructor. I’ve been suffering from plantar fasciitis for months now and was able to really begin running again on their treadmills. Gotta give this place a try!

This place is awesome! owners are so nice, encouraging, and knowledgeable! The vibe and atmosphere is so motivating! The treadmill are like running on clouds...coming back from an injury my leg LOVES how much impact the treadmills here absorb!
Danny and Amanda are awesome and very motivating, and the workouts are so good!
Danny and Amanda are great people!!They love what they do and will help you get strong & fit! Awesome environment, extremely knowledgeable coaching & you work at your own pace. You burn a lot of calories and track your miles.
