It’s a class but you get more personal attention. If you have a problem with the exercise, Amanda or Danny will show you something different to do instead. Amanda and Danny are all about you being healthy and not getting hurt. They constantly encourage you!!!!
Run treadmill studio is my favorite place to workout. I literally never thought I could like running on a treadmill but the owners Danny and Amanda changed everything. They’re a young couple who you can tell put everything into their business and it shows!! They really care about you and your journey. They make class SO fun. I burn so many calories in every class and I saw the results after just a few short weeks. Support your local business and get sweaty here!!!! You won’t regret it.
I just started going and absolutely love it! I’m a runner coming back from a severe hamstring injury and honestly wasn’t enjoying running like I used to because of my injury. The treadmills are the best quality and so shock absorbing I finally can run pain-free and do some sort of speed work again! Every class I’ve taken has been great! Highly recommended!
