I'm very happy with my stylist, Christy Huber. I looked high and low for someone who will work with my very thick hair and not just want to thin it all out! After 2+ years coming here I have noticed, though that all the stylists are working independently, just in the same space. I don't see much interaction and the setup is not really ideal for much collaboration. Amanda damaged my hair doing the Brazilian blowout and refused to see me afterwards figure out what happened. I contacted the company that trains and licensed her for Brazilian Blowout. They told me it sounded like she was using too much product and heat. I can’t say for sure what happened but when you have before, and after photos and stylist refuses to even see you or fix it, if possible, then it suggest she knew it went wrong.
