I don't want to go into a lot of detail but I had such great customer service at Rummeles. Next time I am in the market for fine jewelry, Rummeles will be the place I will go. In this case they took care of a problem ring of mine that I had purchased from a different local jeweler. Night and day difference on how I was treated. Would recommend Rummeles to my friends and family.
I came in not 100% knowing what I wanted and was on a tight budget. I honestly didn't think I was going to find anything I liked in my price range. Amanda, showed me a few Pandora rings which were all very pretty but then I turned around and found the "one"!!!! I was so excited and then she told me the price and it fit perfect!!
