Amazing customer service! I recently got engaged and my ring was purchased from Rummeles. I ended up noticing a fairly decent sized black spec in the center of the diamond, which is just how diamonds are, but Rummeles offered to replace the diamond with one that doesn't have a spec. Rummeles truly cares about their customers. Thank you!!
