Aparente good customer service, Te muestran un producto y luego el delivery en nada se parece, compré dos matress y en menos de un mes están undidos en el centro, esto fue en Junio y aun no he recibido una respuesta, lamentablemente pierden clientes.
Love the selection. I saw what I wanted right away and the price pleased me. Delivery was on time and satisfy. Will shop there again for my furniture needs.
I've had my mattress since 2012. I would give them 5 stars but the mattress isn't some super fancy pain relief or anything. Its just a mattress that was a good price for a college student moving into her first apartment. It was and is still a decent mattress though. Its lasted this long with little wear or tear. I won't be upgrading until I buy a home or move and the situation calls for it.
