Excellent affordable roofer. I would recommend to anyone. I had gutters installed also. Quality materials were used. Owens Corning asphalt shingles. Quilty underlayment and replacement plywood sheets used. Great work with flashing my stove pipe and 2 skylights. They finished work in 3 days. I was able to speak to the owner in person. I have roofed myself before so I was able to inspect their work and was very satisfied. Their flashing work is better than the original roof I had from when the house was built.
Called and set up meeting with Omar. Very personable and met our demands for selling our house. Roofers, hardworking got straight to tare off. Done in three days. Clean up was also great. With warranty that is transferable to new home owners for 20 years. Great small company with great work ethics. And local. Thanks Omar and Team.😉
Hey make sure you let Omar know he has a good crew. They have been really respectful and despite the banging on the roof, we wouldn’t know they are there.They have been really great!! (From my Renters) Skilled roofers they weaved the valleys on the roof very good quality. Besides the good work cleaned up like they were never there. Also a very competitive bid and no unnecessary upsells.
I used Ruiz Roof several times in the past 5 years at two different houses. He was great in each instance from start to end. Each time he explained to me in details the issue that needs to be fixed either with the roof, the vents, the gutters and even the sidings around the chimney.
