Do not trust this office with your restorative dental work. I received a permanent crown on tooth #18 from Dr. Arthur Abdoulin at the Radiant Smiles V location on Lake Mead. It has failed completely, debonding four separate times due to native preparation and fabrication defects that their own staff documented in my permanent medical chart.
