I bought the Assault Bike from Rug and Rig Fitness after a challenging process to receive the exact model as described. The bike arrived with significant issues due to poor packaging and handling — several parts were missing or damaged, and assembly revealed quality and stability problems. I wanted an easy, functional at-home solution to replace a gym membership, and can happily report the Rug + Rig 32kg adjustable dumbell set with stand (along with some quality resistance bands) was worth the investment. Well designed, high quality and makes progress easy. 6 months of regular use now and they're holding up great. The purchase itself was smooth and customer service outstanding - my (many) questions were answered patiently and once ordered the package was shipped really quickly. Highly recommend!
Highly, highly recommend! A+ service, and high quality product at fair pricing. The customer service I received was outstanding on all levels. Fast delivery for some items, and they also organised pick-up on other items for me outside normal business hours.
