Repeatedly disappointed in the quality of work on two seperate rings I had rebuilt. One I returned twice to be fixed which was done but then an entire claw broke off a newly fully rebuilt sapphire ring. I’ve been far too disappointed with their work and too broke to take it back in for repair. Dave is truly wonderful! We had a design of a pendant we wanted made for our daughters who were born sleeping. We wanted it to be perfect. We had high expectations with design. Dave was incredible from start to finish. Dave put so much love and care into making our pendant from scratch and it is absolutely perfect, just like we wanted.
