Today was my second visit to this store and I must say it was remiss of me not to have posted a review after my first visit but I will correct this by my review today. I had my watch band altered and my husband had his ring cleaned, nothing is ever to much trouble for this young man and his advice regarding our jewellery was very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store for any jewellery or repairs that you may require. Great to see there is still old fashion customer service.
Repeatedly disappointed in the quality of work on two seperate rings I had rebuilt. One I returned twice to be fixed which was done but then an entire claw broke off a newly fully rebuilt sapphire ring. I’ve been far too disappointed with their work and too broke to take it back in for repair.
