If you are looking for someone who truly cares about your pet, Ruff Country Retreat is the place for you. My little Yorkie has numerous health problems, including disc disease and has recently had to start wearing a cervical neck brace. Amy is so gentle and caring with her and accommodates her every need. When Amy finishes grooming my Yorkie, Mia doesn't consider it complete until Amy snuggles with her. We have been coming to Ruff Country Retreat for 9+ years, we have a Shepard mix very long haired fur baby named Lilly. Lilly loves not only her spa days but also her overnight stays. The staff at ruff county retreat is amazing, my Lilly recognizes them away from the retreat in everyday situations as well. This is the best place for fur babies, Amy is the only groomer I will ever take my puppies to.

We have been using Amy since she opened. She is absolutely wonderful with our baby boy Titan. I totally trust her with him and wouldn't dream of taking him anywhere else.

As I know first hand, losing one of your fur babies is very hard. I have lost several over the years to different illnesses and one most recently due to an error on my part. It's something that haunts me daily. I've known Amy for several years. Not only in the capacity of a member of my fit family but also as someone to lean on for advice on my fur babies. Love love love this place. Amy and her family do a wonderful job! I couldn't be happier with my dogs going to stay with them as I know they will be treated wonderfully.... My Zeus always has such a great time when he is there.

I say to my pup ,Patch we are going to see Amy and he drags me out the door, He loves Amy and she loves him, She does a great job, Can't imagine going anywhere else.

Amy is not only an especially loving human to pets, taking great care of them, she is an excellent groomer too. When I turn into her drive, my dogs get very excited and let me know it. Because I think it is worth it, I drive long distance to take my fur babies to her.
