We boarded our two dogs...one dog is large and one is medium in size and Ruff Country took great care of them September 2016. I was able to call and check on them while I was away. Ruff Country did make sure we showed our dogs where up to date on vaccinations, before we could board them, which was great! Amy has groomed our Pyrenees and German Shepherd several times and we have always been delighted with the results. I am actually embarrassed with how shaggy and smelly they are when she gets them; I don't know how she does it, but I am so glad she does. They come back looking (and smelling) wonderful. They are never hesitant to be left and seem happy and healthy when we get them. I believe she has a heart to deliver the best service for the pets in her care.
We've taken our dog to be boarded at Ruff Country Retreat several times and have always had an excellent experience. Amy is friendly and easy to work with and it's obvious that she truly loves animals. We'll definitely be back!
We have taken our yorkie to Amy for 5 years and that says alot!! She is the most sweetest, kind hearted and caring person for animals. She always does such an amazing job. I know grooming our Ruger is not the easiest but he always comes out looking handsome!! We love ruff country retreat and your amazing service Amy!!
We LOVE Mrs Amy! Our Little Macy goes on the first Tuesday of every month to get pretty & clean! She loves her time there!!
Our dog, Cubby, is a very anxious dog. He gets really scared & shaky to go anywhere...especially the vet & grooming. Cubby is now ...after about 2 years... finally comfortable being groomed. I owe that to Amy's sweet & loving nature with him. I have always loved his haircuts. Amy has also been very knowledgeable with any concerns I've had about his food allergies & quick to encourage me to call the vet. Our family is so thankful to have found Ruff Country Retreat & Amy for our dog Cubby.
Jax loves to go see Mrs.Amy!!! He always looks amazing when he gets home from Ruff Country! Can't say enough good things!!!
