Amy has boarded and groomed our dog for a few years, we and our dog have always been very happy. She treats each dog and cat as if they were hers.

Amy has to be THE SWEETEST and most LOVING person ever! She adores all of the animals that she cares for SO much! Last summer, our 13-year-old Pom started having seizures and was very sick for a month before she passed. Amy was a wealth of knowledge about what to ask the vet, and things to test/check. Hands down, the best place to board a dog. Amy is great and it's a wonderful place to leave your pet when you need someone else to take care of them. So glad we found you!

Unfortunately, I do not have the option of giving a rating of 0! My extremely healthy dog (recently checked by vet) was boarded for about 8 full days and came home very sick with seizures. She was home less than an hour before she was rushed to the hospital and spent almost 36 hours there before she passed away. She was a totally different dog when she came home. I will never board another pet! I did get my money back, but my loving companion is gone forever. Please do not delete this post or block it from public view.

Amy is absolutely wonderful! Coco loves going to stay at Ruff Country. Amy is also the only groomer that can cut Coco's nails with out her get nervous or anxious. Amy is a loving and compassionate person and truly loves all animals. I have never had a single concern about Coco when she is with Amy. Thank you Amy for always taking excellent care of Coco!

I am so lucky to know Amy and her love for animals. She loves my dog as much as my family does. Thank you so much for always making room for her when we get in a pinch. I love that you offer so much more than just a cage like other places. When we go away I feel like she is getting a better vacation and room then we do. Thank you again for treating her like one of your own. It takes a special person to do what you do. I wish I could give you and your facility more than 5 stars!

Cedro has stayed at Ruff country for years. He always comes home a happy pooch, much better attitude than with other boarding options we have tried. Amy loves her boarders and treats them as her own.

We've been taking Teddy to Amy for Boarding & Grooming for a long time. She is the greatest and I believe Teddy would stay there if he could! He loves Amy! She has the biggest heart for animals I've ever seen. We never have to worry about Teddy's well being. She's great! Do yourself a favor and check it out!

I boarded my Golden Doodle for one week with Amy in June 2016. She made sure our dog was appropriately vaccinated prior to her stay. Amy was very conscientious about the health and care of the dogs that she boarded. Our dog was healthy and happy upon our return and we were pleased with her care during our time away from her. I will use Ruff Country Retreat again and I would recommend this business to folks needing to board their dog.
