Best Barbershop Ever! I visited Rudy's for a cut a couple times in Seattle, before they opened up shop in Portland. I was so happy to see them expand south. And years later, I'm still happy. I've taken our two-year-old to Rudy's for his first two haircuts. And it was a wonderful experience. Rudy's is tops.
I'll never go anywhere else... I absolutely hate getting my hair cut. As I guy with thick curly and sometimes unruly hair, I tend to postpone getting a trim rather than have my hair butchered. That is, until I found Rudy's. I had previously tried Bishops on Hawthorne and found them wildly inconsistent with the quality of their cuts. What do I get for more money? – Attitude, No smiles, vacant faces, absent management when I said I didn't like my hair, (Adam) I believed said he thought it was OK for now and to come back and get it fixed when there was a better stylist to do so. Yeah, right. His little short buzzed head gleaming with the" Im cool and managing a Rudy's" look, wow cool dude. Better save your pennies. EVERYONE here was so RUDE!
VINNIE ROCKS! Awesome atmosphere, friendly! I go to Vinnie at Rudy's Barbershop every three to four months. He has been cutting and dying my hair for 3 years now! He does an awesome job and always gives me the results I am looking for. Always knows what I want. He is funny and very easy to talk to. The staff is very friendly. Worst Rudy's EVER! – I have been getting my hair cut at Rudy's (+95% at hte fremont location) for over 10 years.! Not once have I been disappointed with my Doo nor the service. That is until a visited the ballard spot! Terrible cut, rude obnoxious and almost crazy girl working the desk made this the worst hair cut ever.
Ask for Ryann, she's the best!! I got the best haircut I've ever had in my life today by Ryann at Rudy's on Division. She was friendly, easy to talk with, and really took her time to make sure I was happy with the end product. She was also very informative, but not pushy with buying hair products. I must admit the customer service and the cuts I usually get here have just been mediocre, but I was more than pleasantly surprised with my experience today. You'll walk out feeling like you just got a $100 haircut.
