Epic day at the Elephant Rock ride last Sunday! Rudy was everywhere. Wouldn't ride in anything besides our Rydons, Sterling helmets and super comfortable Rudy kits! Thanks again again for a great day Paul!

Great customer service. The retention strap on my Windmax helmet broke. Rudy stepped up and sent one out to me at no charge. No questions asked! I will be sticking with Rudy Project for all my future helmet purchases!

I love the warranty on the sunglasses. I'm crashed and scratched lenses that have been replaced, and also broken a frame that is was easily replace
Lousy customer service. Dishonest and misleading. Motto should be “Got your money, you’re on your own!”
I have been a customer for years and absolutely love this company. I have broken 2 pairs of glasses (my fault, not theirs), sent them back and they replaced them, no questions asked. Their products are great. I use my glasses to play a high level of competitive tennis, hike and bike. Their customer service is equally impressive. Thanks for everything RACE!

Went by the Rudy tent at IMAZ village today lookin for some help with my helmet. Jonny Vu was generous with his time and knowledge and had my problem solved in 5 minutes, leaving me race ready and a very satisfied Rudy customer. Thank you, Jonny!
These guys have gone above and beyond in a short time for my wife's Wing57 helmet. We are traveling to Kona in a few days from Australia for my wife to compete in the Hawaiian Ironman & we have a small glitch with her helmet. There will be a replacement helmet there for her ready to tackle the Ironman. No wonder we continue to purchase their products.
