I recently purchased a Rudy Boost 01 helmet and the padding was coming loose/off. In less than 24 hours Mr. Fry not only responded to my email but has sent me replacement pads so I can have it in time for Ironman Waco. His quick response was greatly appreciated..thanks again!!!

Last week I was hit by a car on my morning bicycle commute. The driver had fallen asleep at the wheel and hit me in the bike lane. For me, what Rudy Project does best is maximize the athlete's experience of their environment. Ror the Rx athlete too! I use all Rudy Rx product, even at work. And when training, to have my eyes cooled from UV and my vision switched on to see everything in HD is really a blast. To be able to do it with style, in competition or on the street, just totally rocks.
Great support, I have an older pair of Rudy sunglasses, and was having a tough time identifying the model! Great customer service really differentiates a company, their people are their greatest asset... Kyle
