They have discontinued the product line meant for small faces, customer service is unhelpful, and their replacement guarantee on replacement impactx lenses is bogus.

I have been dealing with Charles Fry in ordering some prescription sunglasses. He is super prompt in replying to emails, and made sure I was able to get a discount applied, after my order was placed. Super customer service. I also requested he send some California sunshine up here to we Canadians getting snowed in, but not sure if he’ll follow through on that. 😉
