This doctor’s office is a complete joke. Noticed my father’s voice had change I told the office he needed to see ENT they wouldn’t even give him a referral to see one they continuously hung up on me instead. Father ended up coughing up blood I told him to go to emergency. Emergency sent him to ENT doctor and the ENT told my dad he has cancer. If you care about your elderly family members or any family member stay away from this office. The person he seen there for years was Rudy Oachs I won’t call him a doctor
I'm a caregiver and I would not take my dog here. Dr. Rudy Ochs should not be in the business of caring for others. Seems he struggles to care for himself. He's done nothing but guess what my patient needs, so much that patient refuses to return to the doctor or hospital to get health care. After talking with others who've had interactions with him they agreed. Its sad. He should retire.
They talk to you as a person not just a patient.
