Doing it right. – They have everything from 14 day dry aged prime beef to sweetbreads. Meanwhile, they're smoking turkey, hams, pork chops, all-beef natural casing bologna, briskets, jerky etc.etc. I also like the fact that the people have worked the counters for the family for decades and are capable and eager to explain things, and offer samples of everything. Best Meats-Best Butchers – Now that we found Rudolph's, it's the only place we buy our meats and sausage. Their product is so good, it's impossible to screw up cooking/grilling. On top of it, they're actual butchers-the real deal. They will trim/cut/bone-out anything for you, just the way you want it. Best Butcher - Meat Market In Dallas – I have been searching for a butcher since the beef quality has gone in the trash at all supermarkets. Boy did I find a winner. Prices were very competitive to the high grade stuff at the supermarket. The quality is superb. They could charge more and I would pay it. If you love steak, roast, pork, or sausage this is the #1 spot. Cut to your specs.

These guys know their meat – Having been around sincd 1895, this is the place to go if you want to step back in time. The service is great, the smoke sausage is the best in town, and Christmas wouldn't be complete without a cured ham from Rudolph's.
