Best wait staff ever! Even Better Manager!
Went there for lunch, got seated, waited 20 minutes without anyone taking so much as a drink order. Numerous waitstaff walked by me without saying anything, and turned away before I could get their attention. Place wasn’t even that busy! When I got up, I said something to one of the waitstaff, and got dismissed with a halfhearted “I’m sorry, they must not have seen you.” They saw me. I saw them. Give me a break. Terrible.
Great time with friends at a fundraiser t\where they donated 10 % of all sales. Food was great. service was great. Fun atmosphere. Reasonable wine prices. Go and enjoy Ruckus!

The egg rolls here are to die for. The food is amazing and the prices are great. We used to the one at Mission Valley but started going to the one at Tryon Village because they had Monday night music bingo which we thought was sooo fun! Im giving them a four star because they are no longer doing it and we loved it. We might go back to the other one now or maybe check out trivia night.
I generally like ruckus but tonight was the one time I was astonished by the way the bartender acted. Mind you I’m a bartender too and I know how it is but I would never run from behind the bar to lock the doors just because I see ppl getting out of the car to come to my establishment. It was by far the most disappointing experience I have had. The only reason I’m giving a 3 star rating is because I actually like that place.
