Love-Love-Love. Great accessories, great shoes (wish they had size 11) and great pieces of clothing you're not going to find at every other boutique in town. Quality is key here. Friendly and helpful staff. So glad I found you again.
Rudest staff I have ever encountered. Had absolutely no reason to have an automatic entitled attitude when I asked a simple question.
I have shopped at Rubys Warehouse several times at the JL Market here in Bham and knew how cute , sweet , nice, and helpful they are. I asked about an accessory that I had bought this past year, I wanted another , and they were awesome to help me! Sent me pictures of what was available , took my info over the phone, and my new shred is on its way!!! Love the Rubys Warehouse!!
