RecommendedI had a flat tire and called AAA. I barely got off the phone and Ruby's was there. Tire was changed in 10 minutes. Wish I got the technician's name, he was so fast and knew exactly what he was doing.
I have to give a shout out to the crew at Ruby’s Towing. They came and popped my truck out of the spot it slid into in my drive way. I could not get out people! And the more I tried to further my wheels dug me in. Go grateful to be out! 😄 everyone else we called said they couldn’t do it or didn’t have a truck it thought our street was closed. Thank you so much Ruby’s!
Drivers were courteous but the business is aimed at charging you as much as possible. Steer clear if you can avoid it and save yourself the cash.
Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of after a dreadful night of getting the run around by other companies. Helpful, friendly & communicative.
Drivers do not observe traffic laws. I got stuck behind a truck not passing in the left lane on I-5 South, north of Seattle. When I called to inform the dispatch of this they hung up on me. Arrogant people. Won't be calling them if I ever need a tow.
Got a flat Motorcycle tire. Ruby's arrived on scene in 10 minutes, sent their motors guy. We dropped the bike at I90 Motorsports, me at home, all within 15 minutes. Jr. my driver is a competitive rider so great conversation. Great job Ruby's, thx Jr, Karin and Dan!
