Came for my moms birthday dinner sat at table 52 our server was Wilfredo and asked the hostess for a birthday sundae for my mom she assured me that it would be taken care of and she would tell our waiter in order to keep it a surprise for my mom, I waited and waited and out came everything but the sundae...needless to say we left with no birthday sundae for my mom, really disappointed in the service tonight as well as our waiter and hostess!! Will not return!!!
The views, the service, the food all exceeded my wildest expectations! Thank you for a most delightful lunch on the pier!
the fish and shrimp we got were frozen
I visit Ruby's every time I go to Cali, and do go there a lot! it's my kids favorite place to eat! Just ate there this past Saturday. I regret to inform you that I got food poisoned and have been very sick since then. I ate your clam chowder soup for the first and last time.
Loved Ruby's can't to go again. Food was very good. The peanut butter milkshake was awesome. And the servers are great too.
