Went there for brunch on a Friday didn't have to wait to be seated. The service was excellent and the Cinnamon Roll French Toast was AMAZING!! We will definitely be back anytime we come to San Diego!
We waited 20 mins to be seated. Then ordered our shakes. Took about 30 mins to bring those out. We actually got our food before our shakes. I ordered a burger off the menu that had a picture on it, can't recall the name, but I pointed to it it had guacamole on it. When a different waiter brought our food to us it was a plain turkey burger. Which I had told the waitress that I wanted a regular beef patty. We waited 30 minutes to sit down then another 45 minutes for our meals. 3 out of the 4 meals were cooler than lukewarm. The only thing we liked was the milkshake we got after 20 minutes and us reminding our waitress about it. Very disappointed and definitely won't return. We expected so much more.
Absolutely loved it here! Had a great time with family! We got put right beside the Windows just in time for sunset. Great food and great service! Was a little bummed the upstairs was closed but where we were seated was good enough. You can actually feel the building swaying side to side❤️
The food was ok but the service horrible it looks like they really don't care for costumers
It's interesting to have a restaurant down at the pier AND it has a great view of the beach and the ocean.
Pretty pissed of at this restaurant, showed up at 630, was informed of an hour wait, i asked if we could sit upstairs and they informed us it was closed, if there is an hour wait why close down half the restaurant. Me and my family ended up waiting almost two hours, for slightly above average food. The only positive thing i experienced was the waiter eddie, he tried hard to make sure we were happy, will never return.
Had the worst service was my kids birthday, waited forever to get anything, people in other areas were calling the manager over and complaining. I saw a couple order & eat & leave by the time we got our food. Will never go back again, they need help with staffing, customer service, everything, it is sad, the pier is nice.
