Awful experience had carry out had to wait. Got a half rack of ribs that had four bones and every bite had Gristle. Tater tots were cold! The cheeseburger we got was dry and looked like it was just pre-cooked Patty. The fries with that were cold. UPDATE- A manager Joshua messaged me and is going to make it right by emailing me a gift card so we will probably give him another chance SECOND UPDATE! Very Disappointing My experience with this restaurant was extremely disappointing. After traveling all day, My family and I placed a curb-side pick-up order on Friday evening. The steaks were so tough they were difficult to cut, and they had absolutely NO flavor. It was clear that very little care went into the preparation or seasoning.
