waited a hour just to get a lemonade. food never came. bad customer service. would not recommend!!!
Was there for 2 hours, took the first hour just to get the appetizer then my son ordered a cheeseburger come out burnt. Already had talked to the manager about the slow service in which his response was I’m sorry I’ll get ya dessert. After another 30 minutes a second cheeseburger was brought out being more burn than the first one. Managers response was I’ll take it off the bill. Really , since he was unable to eat it. Had to wait over an hour for our food! And just about as long to get our check! And the food wasn't that warm either! Need to work on training and making sure the food gets to us on time. And I go out to eat with my father every day for the past twelve years, so I am very familiar with restaurants! Not sure if I'll go back! T.
Get someone to greet you not just be told...sit anywhere you want. Waited 20 minutes and no one came over to take or give us a glass of water. Manager, one waiter and one waitress near where we were sitting talking about employees no one even in our section...they were setting up tables near ours for a party yet didn't bother to serve us. While traveling through, we stopped at Ruby Tuesdays on Miller Lane. The restaurant was pretty empty. The Food came out wrong, the service was extremely slow, and we barely saw our server. I don’t know if she was new, if it was an off night or what happened but it was all around a bad experience.
took kind of long to get food but it was really good when we got it. my steak had a lot of fat but others weren't so bad. I would go again!
It is bad and spicy .. I can’t eat spicy and bad waitress
