We frequently go there. I read the rest of the reviews. I am very sorry for the people that had bad experiences. I am very surprised. Every time we go, It’s a pleasant experience. Great service, never had a bad meal, friendly atmosphere, great service, well stocked salad bar. Like I said, we go often. Great place.
I stopped eating Ruby Tuesday years ago because the food was not up to par. Approximately 2 months ago we came to this location after making plans for my little brothers funeral as he loved the food and worked at the Tri County location for a while. That was a horrible experience in the beginning as wait staff didn’t come and when asked for someone to help the waitress stated I’ll get their drinks but I’m not serving them. staff interaction could be more positive. felt we were not being respected and our issues were not addressed in a way which made us feel they cared about all the inconveniences they were causing.
