RecommendedWe have been going to Ruby Tuesdays for about a year now. Always a great meal & a good time. My favorite meal is the Classic Cheeseburger & a Ruby Relaxer. It makes my mouth water!! We have eaten at the bar a couples times & find that to be a delight as well. Great food & great service!!
The food is great I love the salad bar you can't go wrong
I normally love it here but this rating is for the customer service. We ordered pick up. Drove 20 mins to get to realize my husband forgot his wallet. He calls me so we can pay with a credit card and they tell him no. I'm so confused. They rather toss out our $40 worth of food than accept a credit card. That makes zero sense. If it wasn't us that ordered, how would we have the confirmation number? If I was inside eating, I could pay by card. It's confusing and sad. Burger ordered medium. Was raw. And I mean raw. I know better than to send anything back. And I won't be back either.
My family had dinner here on Feb 14th. Sooo, our food was great, drinks were fine, a bit pricey for certain things. I DO have something to say about the service though. Our waitress was excellent, but the hostess....she was polite until well, she basically was fat-shaming us on the low. It was 4 of us, (2 young children), and any time we eat out, we sit in a booth. Great ribs! Very clean, especially restroom and good staff. Miss the frizzeled onion rings. First visited one in Williamsburg, Va.
