Just walked in as a party of 4... nobody waiting to be seated & quite a few open tables... they told us it would be 15 minute wait. Nope! Bye!
Went with husband he ordered ribs and shrimp.The ribs looked burnt and boiled . I had pork chop and green beans, had half scoop mashed potatoes meat was dry just wasn't pleased at all.
RecommendedThe only reason you didn't get five stars isn't because of the service or food - you really need to hire more waiters or put people in more than one waiter's section. Our poor waiter was running around like a chicken with his head cut off because he was bussing tables, waiting on people, etc. He also had a difficult customer to deal with while having people seated in his section despite already being obviously overwhelmed. Food was excellent, our waiter Casey was attentive to our every need. Refilled our glasses, let us know our food was coming, had great personality, and was pleasant. We loved the atmosphere. We will be back.
Was terrible brought me wrong food first. Then brought meal second time with no condiments. Restaurant was filthy. Dirty tables everywhere. We had several dirty tables that are never cleared during our whole meal. If the dining room is filthy can't imagine what kitchen looks like. I didn't even get a free drink while I waited twenty minutes for them to bring me the right meal! Good by Ruby Tuesday! Never going back!

Our burgers were very good, the salad bar was very good, the blue moon was excellent, fresh and perfectly cold. Our server Cameron did an excellent job as well. We will return!
