They were getting better but now they are going downhill. Dry hardly any meat ribs tonight.
Arrived there for dinner. Greeted my hostess who was very nice. Enjoyed her. Waitress was also very good. Really to bad she could not do justice to her customers. I wanted a steak and baked potato. Mind you its dinner hour and baked potatoes would be at least 60 or minutes till ready if I wanted wait for it. Decided fries since I was hungry. They were greasy and cold. My family and I went to have dinner here today, as we have plenty times before. I have to say this was the worst service and quality I have ever experienced. No napkins, no silverware, the waitress was very nice, but not experienced. The manager asked how was the food. My husband responded " very good" I said mine was not, he only said van I replace it with something else. I said no thank you, but he never asked the problem. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied.
We had great service waitress was wonderful and fully attentive great food!!!!
The young lady at the front desk was inappropriately dressed. We never received the RT signature bread.We had waitresses playing tag team so there was a lot of miscommunication. Our burgers were cooked incorrectly. The waitress complained to us about the cook staff not doing their job. I asked for water refills for my young children and they were brought soda instead. They didn't have any of the dessert I ordered. We asked for one last water refill and never received it. They comped our burgers, but in all not a very good ex... read more
My boyfriend and I ordered burgers Togo today and got a salad from the salad bar! It was so good :) the burgers were cooked perfectly and the salad was fresh and delicious! We will be back:)
