With my gluten allergy, there are only a few restaurants I go to that I know what I can have. I have been going to the Ruby Tuesday on Victory Blvd in Portsmouth once every week or two for years, and it has been my favorite Ruby Tuesday. Well, I went there the evening of 09/22/2016. The food was good, the Waitress was great, and when she came back with our checks she apologized that she had rung up the check before she entered the 5 dollar coupon and that the Manager said she could not use the coupon anymore. Well my fish was raw. I sent it back and got something else. The waitress apologized and the manager too. For my compensation they removed my 2.99 salad bar. I could have gotten very sick if digested.
Had a great time for my birthday celebration. The GM was awesome and went out of his way to ensure we had a good time. We'll be back!
Took my daughter for her birthday Wednesday the service was okay we waited for awhile for food when my wife steak arrived looked like road kill over done thin an awful.had the waitress take it back . We never saw a manager it was disappointing
Food was awesome, had the Asiago steak and shrimp, husband wanted a bottle of the honey cajun sauce that was on his chicken to take home, forgot to ask if they sold it in bottles. Service was great. Can't wait to go back .
Me and wife live in neighborhood had not been in awhile the service came quickly that meant a lot we were out after a Fashion show on Valentine's expecting crowds had nice meal glad we have them in our neighborhood keep up the good work
