Took our mother out to dinner here last week to celebrate her 80th birthday ( her pick) Our meals were absolutely delicious and our server Carlos was THE BEST!!!! He was on point and made our mother feel very special, thank you Carlos , like I said we will be back and will be requesting you as our server�
The food was good and the Service was awesome!!!! But the plate of food needs to have some kind of presentation. It look like the food was just slapped on the plate.
We had THE BEST service from our waitress Melissa. We were in the area for a concert at The American Music Theater and had not been to a RT for a long while. Melissa was very attentive, friendly and even packed our dessert to eat on our trip home after the concert. Even the bacon on our burgers was extra crispy, which isn't the norm. Will definitely eat there again when we are there for our next concert.
The waiter greeted us very kindly and professionally.The food was amazing and one of the waitress was nice enough to charge my phone while we ate.
Food was OK- service wasn't very good. We had to stop the waitress for refills- she never checked back. A lot items were not filled on the salad bar. Food is pricey. Waitress let glasses and plates pile up on table- never cleared until very end.
