The food was very good, great service. Menu choices were excellent! Portions were "just right", but did not have room for dessert!
Used to be my favorite restaurant but some years back they changed the best potato salad I ever had but that didn't stop me from coming back. I loved their Carolina Chicken Salad. Had the best croutons ever. They got rid of the salad so I tried the Cobb Salad but I didn't like the the avocado or the corn and they changed the croutons. So disappointed.

2 stars only because there is no link to contact the local general manager. I want to commend the employee that served us twice in the same same shift privately, but no links to the GM. I avoid corporate restaurants in general as a former corporate bartender. But praise is due...
The shrimp are burned to death, the steak is like rubber. Won't EVERY come here again! !
Ordered a ribye and they brought me a Cajun ribye instead, it irritated my throat an made me cough, to spicy. When ask by the waitress I simply explained, she offered to cook me another one but I passed. Later the manager came by to apologize and removed it from the bill. Offered desert on the house. The food and services was very good. Someone made a mistake and I got the wrong steak. I would say that's ok.
My family of 4 took me out for Mothers Day lunch today at Ruby Tuesday at Rockvale Square. We were very disappointed in the service and the food was ok. We waited 40 mins for our meals and my kids ordered the strawberry lemonade to drink and it took 20 mins for them to get it. While waiting for our meal, there were servers coming up with other table meals asking who ordered this when it wasn't even our food. We never saw a manager in the restaurant that would ask how everything was. We only saw our server twice once bringing... read more
