Worse experience one could ever have! It began with clarification on cost and choice for salad bar and soup. We were one of the first part of any crowd for the day. Server took her time after taking the order. Then took her time to bring to the table. When it finally arrived, it was cold. Starting with the appetizer to the main meal. My family went there for mother's day yesterday pretty late around 7 took us a 3 hours to get our food eat and leave on top of that we left a wallet knowing it was there we went right back to get it but the server and all the employees wanted to lie and say it wasn't there so far all you to know service sucks and the employees will steal from you and lie about it. none of my family will ever be going back there

Horrible customer service!! Amy the waitress took 30 plus min to even take our order for the food!! Brought us drinks with no straws! If it wasn’t for the salad bar we would’ve starved! The manager chase was super rude when it came to our bill which should have been FREE! Rachel was very rude also! SHUT RUBY TUESDAY DOWN ASAP!!!
poor management.... salad bar was good but the service was so slow! I blame it on management
The service was horrible. They were out of several food items at 2:00 in the afternoon. Dirty tables all around us. We were there at least an hour and a half (only three in our party). We were half way through our salads before we even got our drinks. Waitress only came to our table to take our order, bring our order and bring/return the check. Never checked on us. We had to ask for refills. My daughter even looked in a cabinet for silverware for other patrons. RIDICULOUS........WE WILL NEVER BE BACK.
