Filthy bathrooms ... dust, dirt and bugs on sills and blinds.
Their ribs and salmon are consistently good. Ordered my burger medium and it was very well done, bummer. Should have returned it. Hot cheese biscuits very good.
Food was good. We had burgers that were perfect. I don't care for their fries but I'm a fry snob - I really don't like any restaurant fries but Red Robin's. Service was attentive and quick - she refilled our biscuits three times and, btw, they were hot and yummy. I do think it's a little overpriced but I'm cheap:) All around, I'd go again tomorrow if you're treating!

I do not make a habit of leaving bad reviews because I, myself, work in customer service and you never know the day someone is having. That being said, this is the second experience I have had like this at this location. We came in for lunch, was never greeted at the door, and waited patiently to be sat only to be halfway greeted by someone who definitely did not want to be there. Mind you the place was far from busy. So we sit, I get my salad and was able to eat my whole salad, still we were not greeted by the waitress. So ... read more
