Ms. Shirley, the lady who took care of the salad buffet was wonderful. Her pleasing personality, smile and great conversation made my stay at Ruby Tuesday worth the visit. She is a winner and you guys are lucky to have her.
The waitress amy was a God send. She made sure we had everything we needed. Will definally visit again and hope to get her again.
We ordered lunch from Ruby Tuesday, I had several orders. I told her that as I gave the orders. Her personality was horrible. I'm trying to pay for the orders as I gave her on the phone, she put all the tickets all on the counter and said pay for which one you want to 1st. Now I'm looking at her sideways. I called out the 1st order then paid for that then the 2nd etc.....I had to read the papers she put on the counter instead she call out order then I'll pay with different ppl. money. Horrible service! The place wasn’t busy at 9 pm on a Monday. We were handed menus and told to seat ourselves. We walked past the salad bar on the way to finding our own table and it looked aweful 🤢 It's no wonder some reviewers were ill after eating here. We sat, waited 10 minutes before a waitress showed up. I started my stopwatch on my iphone. We ordered drinks and dinner (salmon and a ribeye) right away. Went to the Orangeburg location during "shift change" which was at 5pm and they had supposedly one waitress working. Never have I heard of a lapse in coverage during rush hour. The manager was literally sitting across from us with an elderly man talking like they were best friends and that was for at least 30 mins. Meanwhile the server is running around by herself. Poor management and even worse for sitting on your ass instead of helping. I am in management so I don't care to hear the BS excuses from anyone about how it's ha... read more
Food was terrible. Steak was cold, tough and overcooked. Lobster was a joke. Fires fries too cold to even eat. Biscuits brought out at the end of the meal.
There was no draft beer on New Year's Eve! Told it had been like that for at least a month! Food was not even on par with Mc D's. Ribs were cold ! Waste of time & money to eat at this place! Never again!
