Great food and service even late!

I called in my order and OMGosh!!! The steak was fabulous!! The mashed potatoes are always good but the ribeye steak was absolutely perfect!
customer service was awful today . servers not helping serve tables , salad bar needed filling , I had to seat myself bc nobody at front , cole slaw tasted sour , bad .Never saw a manager , who is usually checking on customers . I am a "connected" member by email , but unsure if I want return to this location .
Today was NOT the BEST . Food was cooked wrong. Wrong food delivered, not what was ordered . And to long getting it to reorder!!! But it’s good it teated good . But we will be back . Because I love the salad bar. 🥰
We had a coupon and they acted like we had made the coupon- I work at a hotel and get coupons all the time and never had a problem but today was different and very unprofessional of them to treat us this way! Your corporate office mailed these out and that’s not my problem you didn’t know about the coupon.
Wow! On our way home from Florida to Texas, we decided it was time for dinner. Stepping into this Ruby Tuesday’s, and the first face we are greeted with is Beth. She greeted us with an amazing smile, perfect demeanor , and sensational personality. We were seated in Crystal’s section. Crystal was beyond a gem. Service was exceptional. Not so much service as it is the kitchen.we were the only table when we first arrived and then a couple more came in but the service was good just took extremely long for small sirloin and a hamburger and kids Mac cheese & a child cheese pizza
Terrible Food...I accidentally gave it a 5 stars on the phone but it deserved a 1 ..the young server was great...Ruby Tuesday use to be good....now it is like they do not care!!!! 60.00 for 2 people you think would be decent and we drank tea....will not be back!
