Has anyone heard of the two drink maximum at Ruby Tuesday's? My girlfriend ordered a double shot. It was brought out to the table in two glasses. She drank the first glass. Second glass was accidentally spilled while she was reaching into her purse. She explained what happened to the waiter and didn't expect any freebies or anything like that and just ordered a second double shot. The food sucked very much staff are very rude no smiles at all all the staff stayed in the kitchen talking they didn't even check on us to see if we were ok with the food
terrible service.salad bar was destroyed and there were so many employees just standing around. our medium burgers were raw,the bartender complained about everyone to us in-between her gasps for air the entire time
We had a wonderful experience! I was with two elderly women. they accommodated us very well with our disabilities. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only mention was that there was such a large man you that it got a little hard to understand other than that the food was great and we had a lot of fun!
Well where do I start, our server was less then enthusiastic about us being there. Both my Husband's and my cocktails were awful I ordered a MaiTai that was impossible to choke down, my husband ordered a blueberry old fashioned, the waitress set it infront of him and said "your ok with strawberry?". It would have been nice to have offered another option. Took a burger home that was supposed to be medium and when I got home realized it was pretty much raw.
