I see there are a lot of negative reviews for this Ruby Tuesday. my experience today was pretty darn good. I had the salad bar.. it is far from subpar, and my kids and wife's burgers we're all yummy! so this review is a full 5 star!
we went to celebrate fathers day and a birthday at the same time. we arrived just before closing because of our work schedules. Cass was our server and did an outstanding job putting up with our "funny only to us" nonsense and late arrival. awesome service and food. Job well done on 6/17/18!
Their margaritas is 90% ice for $10 drink. My child's pizza from the kids meal was over cooked and my wife hamburger was raw after asking for medium.
First off as we (2adult 3children ) walked in the hostess looked so bored and upset because we walked in no greeting or anything, the restaurant was not busy at all not friendly. We obviously interrupted her socializing, felt rushed doing the meal.
Wonderful server who was tipped 60% by me. I haven’t had excellent service in awhile so it definitely stood out. Food is always great!

Mark the manager past by us 10 or more times he talked to every table but us. No hello, how's the food nothing. We're the only ones in there of color eating. Mallori was good and the hostess. My money just paid your salary Mark. Racism is everywhere. That's why we don't have one in the Springs because of Mark. You won't get my money anymore Mark
We absolutely love Ruby Tuesdays. Service is always great. The manager is concerned about customer's satisfaction. Food is great. Our favorite restaurant in Pueblo ❤
