Tried to contact them about a property they hold no return response. Had my realtor contact them no response
Two workers of this company, Matthew Tortoriello and Kevin Shippee, posted a video celebrating evicting a tenant once the eviction moratorium ended. This is extremely callous, unprofessional and I cannot imagine living somewhere where the landlords treat tenants without humanity during a pandemic and then make it a joke on social media.
Won't stop sending their junk mail to my home despite specific and deliberate requests to do so. Extremely unprofessional. *Recieved yet more solicitations from Matthew Tortoriello from Ruby Realty (also the same person who gave Ruby Realty their only positive Google rating to date). That pretty much says it all.
