Great customer service! Ryan was super nice and did a great job on my nails!
The staff worker was disrespectful and rude. For $30.00 I had a pedicure and the staff worker couldn't even clip my nails right. She couldn't even acknowledge what she did wrong after I asked or confronted about this specific issue at hand. For the $30.00 pedicure my nails were clipped ineffectively, the bottom of my foot was scraped wrongly or inadequately and I had some lotion rubbed on my leg. That pedicure was a waste of money!! My friend and I visited Ruby Nails for a wedding the next day. The staff was accommodating despite us not having an appointment. After a short wait, we got pedicures. My technician ignored my request for ombré toes, instead giving me basic French tips and adding glitter, which I didn’t want. My friend faced similar issues, as her technician refused to add a white line to her black French tips, claiming her toes were too small.
