My friend and I visited Ruby Nails for a wedding the next day. The staff was accommodating despite us not having an appointment. After a short wait, we got pedicures. My technician ignored my request for ombré toes, instead giving me basic French tips and adding glitter, which I didn’t want. My friend faced similar issues, as her technician refused to add a white line to her black French tips, claiming her toes were too small.
