Have been going to Ruby Nail for years. Not once have I ever had any issues or concerns. The ladies are top notch, service is great and cleanliness is superb. Would and have recommended them to all females and males I know. Pricing is great as well.
I take pride in the health of my nails which is why I requested the SNS dip with my natural nails(no tip) The nail tech had no regards for the integrity of my nail bed and literally butchered one. Well when I politely brought up my concerns she decided to be dismissive. Now I could have become belligerent but I decided to be the bigger person, paid and vowed to never return!! I get it you may mess up but to dismiss my concerns as if they’re minute is when you lose a customer.
Been here twice, and the ladies are wonderful! They took very good care of my nails, and I plan on taking people here next time I go back!
